Tim Brown

Tim is a 40 year veteran of the insurance business. He has developed local, national and international private client relationships.

His passion for community and “give back” include a coordinated effort with the New Canaan Fire Department and the installation of several dry hydrants throughout the town. This program affords additional water resources in areas not served by public water mains thus increasing access to firefighting water supplies. He provides annual council to the High School sophomore class of parents and students explaining all facets of driving concerns and how it relates to insurance. Tim is a former Board member of the Waveny Care Center and past president of the Country Club of New Canaan.

Outside the office, he was a nationally ranked paddle tennis player in the 70’s and is a passionate golfer and fisherman.  He is also a Justice of the Peace and has performed over 25 weddings throughout the country.  A lifelong resident of New Canaan, Tim and his wife have 3 grown children and a grandchild on the way.
