Patrick M. Leary

In his dual role as Vice President and Private Client Group Risk Advisor, Patrick is responsible for all day-to-day operations, strategy and execution at Cross Insurance agency’s locations in Braintree and Marshfield, Massachusetts. Patrick drives innovation within the agency and is tasked with maintaining budgets, managing staff, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve target goals, He has more than a decade of experience serving as a Risk Advisor and providing customized insurance solutions to high-net-worth clients. Licensed in the delivery of Property & Casualty, as well as Life, Accident and Health Insurance, he has earned the designations Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) as well as Certified Personal Risk Manager (CPRM). Patrick played a pivotal role in overseeing McSweeney & Ricci’s merger with Cross Insurance, (one of the nation’s largest insurance brokers).

A graduate of Bentley University, Patrick earned his bachelor’s degree in Corporate Finance and Accounting. He lives in Scituate, Massachusetts with his wife and two daughters and when not working, can be found playing hockey, golf or mentoring high school entrepreneurs as part of the BUILD program or Marshfield DECA.
