Kim joined our team in February 2022. She joins us with 18+ years of experience in corporate travel. While she is new to the insurance industry, she brings to BTS a wealth of knowledge in customer service and problem solving. Kim grew up in New Canaan and still resides there today. She has four children between the ages of 24 and 16, all of whom attended New Canaan High School, with her youngest set to graduate in 2024. In her free time, she enjoys attending her youngest sons’ sporting events, going to the gym, and relaxing at the beach.
