Serving clients as a Claims and Billing Advocate at Cross Private Client Insurance (formerly Brown Thayer Shedd), Ann has been with the firm for 23 years, including the partnership over to Cross in 2016. She loves speaking with our clients and getting to know them better, and she takes pride in helping them navigate through the claims process. Ann enjoys travelling and is a proud grandmother of 3 granddaughters. She lives with her husband in Fairfield.
